The Challenge

The Solution
We designed and deployed an end-to-end predictive maintenance system. High-frequency vibration and thermal sensors were attached to the turbines, streaming telemetry to a cloud-hosted Apache Spark streaming engine. Custom anomaly detection models were trained to identify structural drift well before physical damage occurred.
